I'm 5'3 145lbs and the 3 xl fits me perfectly. Probably could of gone smaller if i wanted tighter fit but these hold me in give me support and are so comfortable. I love that the shorts part of the panty is light nylon breathable and soft. The top half is made from normal shapewear material and holds you in just as good as the name brands at a fraction of the price. Would buy again and have 5 pairs now.
